Strawberry Sorbet

Strawberry Sorbet:



  1. Freeze strawberries for 2 hours or until hard.
  2. Place strawberries and sugar into a food processor and pulse machine on and off until fruit is broken up.
  3. Add water and continue processing until you have a smooth puree.
  4. Transfer to a container and freeze for 2 hours, or until firm enough to scoop. I stir the mixture every 30 minutes or so.
