Corporate introduction

I  would  like  to  briefly  discuss  how  my  services  will  be  of  value  to  your  company  and  benefit  both  you  and   your  future  employees.

I  moved  from  France  12  years  ago.  When  I  moved,  my  husband’s  company  procured  the  visa  and  provided  a   relocation  package.  I  thought  that  would  be  it.  I  said  to  myself,  “OK,  this  won’t  be  a  big  deal.  Find  an   apartment  and  all  will  be  fine.”  But  it’s  always  more  than  you  expect  and  I  wish  that  I  have  had  someone  to   help  me  with  my  many  questions.  Especially,  when  someone  is  coming  from  abroad,  they  will  be  surprised  by   all  the  administrative  paperwork  and  what  it  takes  to  integrate  into  a  new  community.  At  the  same  time,   they  need  to  take  care  of  the  basics  of  day  to  day  living.  Having  someone  they  can  rely  on  can  make  the   transition  a  lot  easier.
If  they  are  moving  with  a  spouse,  the  employee  will  be  involved  with  the  new  job  and  won’t  want  to  return   home  each  evening  to  face  questions  and  administrative  problems.  There  are  many  choices  that  have  to  be   made.  Bank  accounts  have  to  be  opened,  there  has  to  be  a  social  security  number,  they  have  to  obtain   driver’s  licenses,  select  an  area  to  live,  choose  a  school  district,  and  more.

I  am  not  a  real  estate  agent.  Instead,  I  am  a  kind  of  “super  welcome  wagon  lady”  or  coach,  an  intermediary   who  is  here  to  assist  with  the  transition.  I  will  be  a  pillar  of  support.  My  objective  is  not  to  make  choices  for   the  client,  but  to  aid  and  guide  them  in  finding  what  will  make  them  comfortable  and  fulfill  their  needs.
I  have  also  made  several  moves  within  the  United  States.  I  learned  how  to  organize  a  move,  pack,  unpack,   and  find  a  new  place  to  live.  I  enjoyed  the  moves  and  I  became  pretty  good  at  it.  Let  me  help  so,  whether  it’s   an  individual  or  the  member  of  a  family  that  is  employed,  that  they  can  go  to  work  and  immediately  be   productive  without  the  worries  of  settling  into  a  new  community.

I  will  be  able  to  answer  questions  in  real  time  and  assist  with  the  day  to  day  basics  of  the  individual  or  family   move.  My  services  can  be  tailored  .  .  .  pick  &  choose  .  .  .  depending  on  personal  needs  with  a  minimum  of  3   hours.

Corporate  clients  can  also  pick  and  choose  the  services  that  they  wish  to  offer  relocating  employees.

My  fees  will  be  reasonable  and  my  services  efficient.

Minimize  the  risk  of  non-­acceptance  by  a  transferring  employee.  The  wife  and  children  are  a  large  part  of  an   employee’s  life.  Seeing  them  taken  care  of  and  knowing  that  they  can  count  on  someone  will  make  for  a   happier  and  more  successful  transition.
