Learn how to breathe and take 30 minutes to exercise. Don’t say you don’t have time. I’m sure it was a part of your New Year’s resolutions.

Go out during lunch and find a place to walk. Go around a lake, take a trail, or walk your pet around the block. You can go on internet and see 30-minute-exercises that are appropriate for your level. You don’t need weights or other fancy equipment.

Learn how to breathe properly. I will suggest that you try Qigong. I really enjoy it and it helps with relaxation. You can find out about it online (You Tube, Google, etc…). There’s a lot you can do at home, but, still, the best thing is to get outside in the fresh air.
